Carly is a self-motivated and career-minded professional with a strong dual background in mental health & the service industry. She has a bachelors degree in criminal justice from East Carolina University (ECU) and an Associate degree in the Culinary industry. Carly’s adult career combines 10 years in the Mental Health/Social Work/Foster Care system with 7 years of managing a food truck in the Culinary industry. Carly has a passion for cooking and exercise and most nights you can find her exercising or testing a new recipe for the people she loves. Carly was born in Greenville, NC but after college moved to Wilmington, NC and quickly fell in love with the beach. These days you will find her paddle boarding at a local lake, since unfortunately there are no beaches in Raleigh, NC where she lives today.
